The service

VYBEZ is a neighborhood storefront for browsing and ordering everyday items from participating retailers. Some catalog or checkout features may be in preview and not available for live ordering.

Eligibility

You must be 21 or older to place an order. Age-restricted items are sold only where legally permitted, and we may refuse or cancel an order that we cannot lawfully fulfill.

Accounts and messages

If you sign in with email or a mobile number, you are responsible for the information you provide. SMS verification codes and other transactional texts are sent only after you request them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts where offered.

Orders and local delivery

Prices, availability, delivery windows, and fees are shown at checkout. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; we or the retailer may accept or decline it. You agree to provide a valid delivery address in a serviceable area.

Local delivery only — no shipping. VYBEZ fulfills eligible orders by same-day local delivery within supported service areas. We do not ship orders by mail or parcel carrier.

Cancellation window

You may cancel through your order page within 30 seconds after your paid order is confirmed, provided a delivery driver has not already been confirmed. A successful cancellation reverses the payment through its original payment method; bank processing times may vary. Refreshing the page or retrying a request does not restart this window.

Final sale — no returns or exchanges

After the cancellation window: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer discretionary cash refunds. If there is an issue with an item, contact VYBEZ with your order number. Eligible cases may receive store credit following a review and approval; credit is not automatic or guaranteed.

This policy does not limit any remedy that cannot legally be excluded. If VYBEZ cancels an order before fulfillment or captures a payment for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the payment will be voided or corrected as required. Required remedies are not replaced with store credit.
